• Abrasion testing: Evaluate surface wear according to the expected contact conditions and specified test method.
• Backing inspection: Check fabric consistency, holes, knitting defects and suitability for sewing or lamination.
• Color approval: Compare production rolls with an approved reference under agreed lighting conditions.
• Processing trials: Test cutting, stitching, folding and adhesive bonding before mass production where these operations are required.
• Batch traceability: Record roll identification and inspection findings to support incoming QC and issue resolution.

Acceptance limits, sampling frequency and test methods should be agreed before bulk production. Claims concerning glitter shedding, abrasion resistance, hydrolysis resistance or environmental compliance should be supported by data for the specific grade supplied.
