The production process of PVC leather mainly includes the following steps:
Ingredients and Mixing: Firstly, mix PVC resin, plasticizers, stabilizers and other raw materials in proportion to form a good fluid shape. This step is to ensure that the materials are evenly mixed for subsequent processing.
Coating: Apply the mixed material onto release paper, sometimes requiring foaming treatment. This step is to form a PVC layer and prepare for subsequent bonding.
Adhesive bonding to the base fabric: Apply adhesive to the base fabric, then bond the PVC layer to the base fabric. The adhesive bonds the PVC layer to the base fabric.
Separate release paper: Separate the release paper from the PVC layer to obtain the finished PVC leather.
Surface treatment: including adjusting colors, printing patterns, embossing, etc. to obtain different patterns and appearances.
Hardening treatment: Heat hardening treatment is applied to PVC materials to improve their hardness and strength, as well as enhance their waterproofing and durability.
Cutting and packaging: Cut and package the hardened PVC material into rolls or sheets of different specifications and forms, and supply them to the market for use.
